When to contact support

If the link is public, fresh from Share → Copy link, and still fails after the steps above, note your device, browser, and the exact error text from ReelHox before reaching out via the contact page.

How to

  1. Copy link: Copy the video share link from TikTok or Instagram.
  2. Open ReelHox: Paste the URL in the downloader box at the top.
  3. Download: Choose MP4 or MP3 and save to your device.

FAQ

Why is the file only in Downloads?

Browsers save to Downloads by default. Move to Gallery manually if needed.

Download disappeared after reboot?

Check Downloads again; disable cleaners that auto-delete unknown files.

SD card storage?

If Chrome is set to SD card, look in My Files → SD card → Download.
